It happens all the time - people buy a house or cottage and inherit the costly and sometimes dangerous pest issues that the previous owner didn't bother mentioning. Don't be the person who calls us their first night in the new home when there's a bat flying around (it's happened). Know before you offer with a pest inspection. We'll look thoroughly inside and out and let you know if we find anything concerning, giving you some leverage in negotiations.
Of course we can't guarantee that the staging and thorough cleaning hasn't hidden the signs temporarily, but we have a good idea where to look, offering you some peace of mind in an otherwise stressful process.
The cost for this service depends on location, size of the house and time required for inspection. Generally it runs around $250 plus HST.
